ROSTER
o 15 Roster slots (+2 IR slots)
- 1 QB
- 2 RB
- 2 WR
- 1 TE
- 1 FLEX (RB, WR, TE)
- 1 DEF
- 7 BN
- 2 IR
THE DRAFT
o $210 SALARY CAP ($SC)
- Every roster spot must be filled with at least a $1 bid
- I.e: The Maximum starting bid at the beginning of the draft is thus $196 (Because you would need $14 left over in order to fill your remaining 14 roster positions)
FREE AGENCY BUDGET ($FAB)
Leftover $SC will transfer into (and create) your $FAB budget for the year via a 1:10 exchange rate ($10SC = $100FAB)
The maximum transfer of SC to FAB following the draft will be $10 SC into $100 FAB
This prevents a team from being able to completely tank one year and carry over all of their SC into subsequent years
It also emphasizes the importance of budget management during the draft and not underspending during the draft itself
Any unused $SC above $10 will be forfeited
Similarly, if you use all SC during the draft and are left with $0 SC at the draft’s conclusion, you will have $0 FAB to start the season.
o TRADING SC$
- You may not trade future SC$ into the present draft
- You MAY however trade current SC$ during the present draft
o DRAFTING ROSTER POSITIONS
You may draft any number of positions that you would like during the draft. Ie:
If you want to draft 10QBs, then you canIf y
You do NOT want draft a DEFENSE, then you don’t have to
o DRAFT ETIQUITTE
- BIDDING
You can only bid in $1 dollar increments. I.e:
o The bid cannot jump from $20 to $40 in a single bid
o NOMINATING PLAYERS
- START OF AUCTION
· The Auction will start by an AUTOMATIC nomination of the Top 25 players in the ESPN TOP 300 list
· After the Top 25 players are auctioned, the auction will proceed with the rolling list of Team Owners making their own nominations
o The nomination order for Team Owners will not “Snake”
o If the first team to nominate is ALL BIDNESS, his next nomination will be after the 12th Owner nominates
BUDGETS
$ SALARY CAP BUDGET ($ SC)
$ FREE AGENCY BUDGET ($ FAB)
During the DRAFT
Leftover $SC will transfer into (and create) your $FAB budget for the year via a 1:10 exchange rate ($10SC = $100FAB)
The maximum transfer of SC to FAB following the draft will be $10 SC into $100 FAB
Any unused $SC above $10 will be forfeited
Similarly, if you use all SC during the draft and are left with $0 SC at the draft’s conclusion, you will have $0 FAB to start the season.
During the SEASON
Exchanging future SC for FAB
During the Regular Season, you may exchange Next Year’s SC for current FAB at a ($1 SC : $10 FAB) exchange rate
Leftover FAB
Any Leftover FAB is forfeited at the end of the season
This includes SC that has been exchanged into FAB
Once $SC transitions into $FAB, there is no going back
KEEPERS
o 3 MAX: this is number of keepers that an owner can keep and carry over from the previous year
o NO MAX for consecutive years kept
o The 3-MAX keepers will be kept based on the following Keeper Auction Values:
SEASON FORMAT
o REGULAR SEASON (11 weeks)
- Week 1-11
- You play every team once
o POST SEASON (6 weeks)
- PLAYOFFS
· GROUP STAGE: Weeks 12 – 13 – 14
o Top 8 teams qualify for Group Play, and will be placed into one of two Groupings
o HOW THE GROUPS ARE DETERMINED: “PLAYOFF SELECTION NIGHT - THE PICK 6”
- The 1-seed and 2-seed will be separated into GROUP A and GROUP B, respectively
- The rest of the teams in GROUP A and GROUP B are then “drafted” by the 1 and 2 seeds
- As a reward for being the 1 and 2 seeds, they get the benefit of choosing their matchups in group play
- The 1 seed will pick his first matchup within his GROUP… and the 2 seed will follow
- They will go back and forth with their selections until the 2 GROUPS are set with 4 teams each
o You play each team in your GROUP one time during the group stage
· KNOCKOUT STAGE
o After 3 weeks of the GROUP STAGE
- The top team in each group advances directly to the Semi-Final (Week 16)
- The 2nd and 3rd place team in each group advances to the Quarter-Final (Week 15)
- The Bottom team is Eliminated and enters into the 3RD PLACE Tournament
o DETERMINING MATCHUPS:
- The HIGHEST seed remaining gets to select his matchup throughout the KNOCKOUT STAGE.
- Thus, the 1-seed could select to play the 2-seed in the Knockout Stage if he so desires
- 3RD PLACE TOURNAMENT
- As PLAYOFF Teams are eliminated from the Playoffs (and as FECES CUP Teams survive their GROUP STAGE), they will enter into the 3RD PLACE Tournament to play for 3RD and 4TH place for their respective prizes
- FECES CUP
· GROUP STAGE: Weeks 12 – 13 – 14
o 9, 10, 11, 12 seeds
o Each team plays each other ONCE
o 9-seed and 10-seed select their matchups throughout the GROUP STAGE
· KNOCKOUT STAGE
o After the 3 week Group Stage, the Top 2 teams advance OUT of the FECES CUP and enter the CONSOLATION TOURNAMENT
o The Bottom 2 teams enter into the Knockout Stage where they will play a Best-of-3 to determine the Feces Cup Champ
· PENALTY
o Feces Cup Champ incurs the following Penalties
- (-)$5 SC penalty for next years draft
· i.e: they now start 2026 with $195 SC, instead of $200 SC
- $50 penalty that will be used to purchase the Championship ring
- 3RD PLACE TOURNAMENT (3rd Place)
· The 3RD PLACE Tournament will be populated as teams exit both the Playoffs and the Feces Cup
TRADING: PLAYERS / SC $$$ / FAB $$$
“TANK PENALTY”
In if you receive > $10SC via trade during the season, you risk being penalized with the “tank penalty” if you end the season as Feces Cup Champ
Tank Penalty Explained
- There is No limit to how much $SC you can trade away or acquire during the season
· I.e. – You can trade away $50 SC to acquire Saquan Barkley if you want
- But if you end the season as FECES CHAMP, you would incur the following penalty:
· Forfeiture of all acquired $SC trade collateral......PLUS….. A matched $SC forfeiture from your own Salary Cap
· EXAMPLE:
o ChirpChirp trades Lamar Jackson for $50 in WEEK 10
- Currently, he is then set up to start 2026 with a SALARY CAP: $260
o If ChirpChirp ends as Feces Champ, he would incur the following penalties:
- (-)$50 SC (The lost SC trade collateral)
- (-)$50 SC (His own SC)
- THE FECES CUP PENALTY (-5 SC) is now NOT applied when someone incurs the Tank Penalty of > $10SC. (The Feces Champ will only incur the Feces Penalty (-$5) or the Tank Penalty….. but not both)
o Thus he would start the following year with $160 SC
- That was the risk he took in order to try to start 2026 with $260 SC
TRADING FAB (Free Agency Budget)
You may trade utilize FAB $$$ as Trade collateral during the season
You may trade FAB for players
Accepting > $10 SC puts you at risk of incurring the “Tank Penalty" if you come in last place
o TRADE EQUALITY
- Trades are approved/denied by the Commissioner
- UNFAIR TRADES
· In the event that a trade seems unfair/unequitable, the Commissioner will include the League Committee to discuss a questionable trade. Ultimately any trade that is DENIED will be based on the decision made by the 3-person league committee
- PLAYER FOR $SC
· Trades that involve $SC will be assessed by using the following metric to help determine equality
o The dollar amount for the trade should be comparable to how Yahoo is ranking the player for the "projected remaining games”.
o I.e. - In week 12, if Drake London is being ranked as the 5th best receiver in terms of "remaining games", then an equitable cost for Drake would be the price that the 5th most expensive WR was auctioned for in the draft that year.
o Ceedee Lamb was the 5th most expensive at $49
- Thus, the trade for Drake would need to equate to $49 of $SC capitol in order to have an equitable trade for both sides
- Similar to when Drew accepted a 1st Round pick for Mccaffrey. The equivalent now would be Mccaffrey costing him $50 to purchase in a trade
o This metric of evaluation will not be the “Deciding Factor” in trades, but will be used to help guide the perceived fairness of trades
TRADE DEADLINES
o PLAYOFF TEAMS:
- $SC TRADE DEADLINE:
· WEEK 11 Kickoff
· Last date to trade $SC is prior to week 11 Kickoff.
- PLAYER TRADE DEADLINE
· WEEK 14 Kickoff
· Last day to trade players is prior to week 14 kickoff.
o PLAYOFF teams cannot trade $SC bc they no longer are at risk to incur non-tank penalty
o This means that players CAN still be traded during the GROUP STAGE of the Playoffs… But $SC cannot be traded
o FECES CUP TEAMS
- WEEK 14 Kickoff
- Last date to trade players or $$$ is prior to week 14 kickoff
TRADE SEGREGATION
During the Group Stage of the post-season,
FECES CUP teams may only trade with FECES CUP TEAMS
PLAYOFF teams may only trade with PLAYOFF team
